The Spot EaDo, the trendy new franchise from the owners of the Third Ward staple The Spot Lounge and Bar, is launching a new weekly live music series and Happy Hour on Thursdays called “Houston Live at The Spot EaDo” beginning January 6, 2022!

Houston Live at The Spot EaDo will be presenting “Flawless Thursdays”, featuring Houston American Idol and The Voice finalist Brandi Holmes with The GoodFellaz, starting this Thursday, January 6!

Owners of The Spot EaDo, Adfanie Smith Gray and Aaron Gray, just opened the stylish new 4,000 sq ft East Downtown bar and lounge, located at 2003 Emancipation Ave, just two miles north of the original “Spot”, in early November. The Grays have been featuring live DJs since the bar’s opening and are excited to take things up a notch with live music every Thursday to kick off the new year!

“There is nothing like experiencing live music at an intimate venue,” said Adfanie Smith Gray, Co-founder of The Spot venues. “The new EaDo location is the perfect size venue and vibe to enjoy a live performance and we couldn’t be more thrilled about launching the new music series with Brandi Holmes and The GoodFellaz!”

Houston Live at The Spot EaDo is the latest addition to the popular new venue that has been drawing crowds from East Downtown, the Third Ward, and all over Houston since it opened. The Spot EaDo shares the same neighborhood vibe the original Third Ward Spot, but the new venue takes Houston's best dive bar for drinks and jams to another level with more seating and an outdoor patio, upscale, contemporary décor, “The Emancipation Room” VIP lounge for private parties, hand-crafted cocktails, live DJ’s, Happy Hour, theme nights, and starting this week, live music!

Doors for Houston Live at The Spot EaDo series will open at 6:00pm for Happy Hour, with Brandi Holmes and The GoodFellaz performing at 8:30pm. General Admission tickets start at $20 and VIP Tickets, with preferred seating, are $30.
