Bartholomew has led the charge in project pursuits across the state including Texas Central Rail (TCRH) high-speed
train between Dallas and Houston, Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts in Houston for HISD (Houston Independent School District), and The ION Building small business participation (Houston Innovation District- RICE Management). She navigated one of the largest county recovery projects related to COVID – 19/ CARES ACT and American Rescue Plan ACT in Texas. She has participated in and been responsible for over $20 Million in revenue growth over the past 3 years.
Bartholomew currently serves as an industry leader on various legislative committees and advisory boards on local, state, and federal levels. She is a dedicated volunteer in the community.
