In observance of the Juneteenth National Independence Day holiday, METRO will operate on a regular Sunday schedule for all services on Sunday, June 19, 2022, and a regular weekday schedule for all services on the observed federal holiday, Monday, June 20.

METRO’s Customer Service Call Center will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be reached by phone or text at 713-635-4000 or 713-635-6993 (TDD). Please note, METRO Ride Stores and Lost & Found will be closed on Monday, June 20.

Reservations for METROLift:

*METROLift Reservations and METROLift Customer Service offices will be closed Monday, June 20, 2022. Subscription trips will not be affected. If you will not be riding on Monday, June 20, please call to cancel your trip.

*To schedule a trip for Monday, June 20, or Tuesday, June 21, you must call the reservation line at 713-225-6716 by Friday, June 17, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

*Clients may also schedule a trip the day before travel by using MACS at 713-739-4690 or MACS-WEB / EZ-Wallet or MACS-WEB screen reader version between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please have your client ID and password ready.
