Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced that Josh Kiddle has been promoted to Director, Recruiting in the firm’s Houston, Texas office. Kiddle is responsible for the growth, strategic planning and day-to-day operations for the Recruiting team.

Kiddle joined Ware Malcomb as a Recruiter in 2017, bringing extensive full-lifecycle recruitment experience focused on Architecture and Engineering. In 2018, he was promoted to Corporate Recruiter, and, two years later, to Recruiting Manager. A strong proponent of recruitment-related technology, he implemented a new tracking system for Ware Malcomb to streamline firmwide recruiting strategy.

Kiddle has more than a decade of recruiting experience.
