The Inaugural Shero Awards was created by the ladies of Never Satisfied Studios in Carrolton, TX. Owned by Business Mogul Radio Raheem, his influence when creating this event was motivated by his own childhood. "Being raised by a single mother, it is important that women are honored and I want the ladies of Never Satisfied to curate this event and honor women that are contributing to the culture."

The event will be held at Bistro 808 International Cuisine at 1837 W Frankford Rd Suite 100 in Carrolton that is also co-owned by Radio Raheem. Honorees include LaShirl Smith- Owner and Publicist in the Entertainment and Sports Industry , Shenitta Cleveland-DFW Community leader, K C Fox-Veteran Media Executive and many more accomplished women that are leaving their mark through their careers and community initiatives.

The highlight of the event will be a Women's panel titled "A Seat at the Table" that is honoring the legacy of Heather Raquel. Featured by WFAA Malin Basu covered the tragic story of Heathers death, her contribution to America as a veteran and Politics. Leaving behind 2 children-one with Turners Syndrome, a portion of the proceeds from this event will go to the foundation that she created for her daughter, The Haylee Rayne Foundation.
