Contemporary Art Museum Houston to feature work from HISD students and teachers

Celebrate the first year of Contemporary Art Museum Houston (CAMH)’s Teacher Advisory Group with a special pop-up exhibition that features work from both students and teachers.
The Teacher Advisory Group consists of fourteen HISD art teachers who work in schools across the city. The group came together to share their knowledge and experience implementing strategies in their classrooms, schools, and community.
You Are Here: The ART of Teaching is a culmination of how these artist-teachers use contemporary techniques in their classroom. The works—created by both students and teachers—span a wide range of media and ultimately share a common theme of community.
