Beginning Saturday, Sept. 10, METRO's HOV/HOT Express Lanes will remain open seven days a week permanently. To mark this travel benefit for the region, and in recognition of Commute Solutions Month, METRO Chair Sanjay Ramabhadran, METRO President & CEO Tom Lambert, Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia, H-GAC's Director of Transportation Craig Raborn and others will gather for a media availability.

As part of H-GAC’s Commute Solutions, we will also highlight the RideMETRO app as a key transit rider tool for today, and provide updates on the METRONext plan which is moving forward with more travel options for the future to help ease traffic congestion and improve air quality.
