High School Artists Help METRO Bus Shelter Roar With Pride

Young artists from Sam Houston Math, Science, and Technology Center High School have helped transform a METRO bus shelter to celebrate the culture and community it serves. Join METRO Board Chair Sanjay Ramabhadran, METRO President & CEO Tom Lambert, and representatives from HISD and Avenue CDC, for the unveiling of a truly unique student-designed bus shelter.

The program kicks off with a pep rally, including the Mighty Tiger Marching Band and Sam Houston cheerleaders and athletes. The talented students who created the artwork will also be recognized.
