Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Garcia Hamilton & Associates (GHA) in Houston, Texas, Garcia oversees assets exceeding $21 billion in premium bonds. His notable achievements have earned him the nickname "The Texas Bond King." A Texan native, Garcia's educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yale University in 1985. He entered the financial sector at Salomon in 1985, eventually becoming the company's first Hispanic Vice President. Returning to Texas in 1990, he joined GHA, becoming Managing Partner in 2008. GHA is a fully employee-owned certified MBE firm.

Garcia and his firm have received numerous accolades from respected institutions like Institutional Investor Magazine, Houston Business Journal, and more. With a history of public service, Garcia served as a trustee for over 14 years and chaired the Houston Metro for six years.
