The Be An Angel gift distribution at Alief ISD proved to be a significant success. Appreciation is extended to Be An Angel and the dedicated volunteers who contributed to making this event possible for the district's Special Education students.
In collaboration with CYCLE Houston, five elementary schools within the Spring Branch Independent School District (SBISD) recognized second grade students who achieved outstanding reading goals by presenting them with new bicycles and helmets. The memorable celebrations occurred on December 9, bringing joy to students, families, and all those in attendance. The SBISD schools involved in the CYCLE Houston partnership are Edgewood, Spring Branch, Spring Shadows, Terrace, and Woodview elementaries.
Lydia Golenko, a senior at Dobie High School, boasts her artwork showcased with pride in the Southbelt community! This is a tremendous honor for such a talented student.
