Alexis Skyy is pivoting from reality show star to entrepreneurial powerhouse. The former cast member of Love and Hip-Hop is emerging as a multifaceted businesswoman by curating ventures in real estate investment, fashion, and by creating safe digital spaces for trauma survivors. Alexis has taken her fashion expertise to global brand Fashion Nova as an official brand ambassador. With a diverse business portfolio and an innate passion to teach generational wealth, Alexis Skyy is on a nonstop mission to highlight the power in pivoting and authenticity.

Alexis is Owner and Co-Founder of Airbnb Queens, LLC, a real estate investment company which specializes in luxury rental units, short- and long-term residences, and accommodations for traveling healthcare workers. While learning the fundamentals of business, Alexis wanted to teach others, therefore co-creating Girls in Charge, an educational platform teaching business credit fundamentals and entry-level stock market trading. Additionally, she created Her in Healing, a digital safe space for trauma survivors to begin their journey to emotional healing. Though she has endured personal trauma, being an inspiration for her 5-year-old daughter Alaiya Grace is at the forefront of her purview. Alexis proudly credits motherhood as her biggest accomplishment and as the motivation needed to build her legacy. As such, Alexis intuitively created the haircare line, The Hair Pot as an initial generational wealth builder for Alaiya Grace. The Hair Pot is a hair care wellness line designed to help women and young children suffering from alopecia, thinning hair, and hair loss and recently launched February 10, 2023 to over 5,000 followers.

The Dominican-Jamaican actress, alongside her four brothers, grew up with humble beginnings and like most girls her age, had dreams of becoming an actress. She began working in the entertainment industry as a cast member on VH1’S Love and Hip Hop franchise, where she gained notoriety for her personal life.

On the show we learned that at the tender age of 15, Alexis left home for a life “in the streets”, which had her encounter her most traumatic experience: becoming a victim of sex trafficking. This experience, while traumatizing, has been no match for Alexis’ determination to succeed in helping survivors and other women achieve their personal and financial goals. Using her newfound fame and platform, Alexis has chosen to advocate for women’s safety and encourage others that have fallen victim to this horrific situation to take back their power and live.
