Amanda Edwards for Congress announced today that by Wednesday of this week it had raised over $200,000 after officially launching her bid for Congress 3 days prior.

“We are grateful to be supported by a broad cross-section of residents who care about the future of our community. We need to extend the legacy of strong servant leadership in the 18th Congressional District by supporting a servant leader who will be bold, innovative, inclusive and results centered for the people,” said former At-Large Council Member Amanda Edwards. “Raising at this rate of speed this early is not the norm in an 18th Congressional District race. This is a strong indicator that we have the people, the momentum, and the resources to win this race.”
