FAA Non-Standard Taxiways H06 HOUTXW 2023 019 Houston Airport System (HAS) is seeking a construction Contractor to construct areas on the Airfield which have an excessive amount of runway incursion. HAS re-designed these areas to achieve FAR139 compliance. These areas include Taxiway Echo, Taxiway Delta, and the intersection of Runways 13R & 17 in the northern portion of the Airfield. Also included is the intersection of Taxiway KI and Runway 04 in the southern portion of the Airfield. The FAA Non-Standard Taxiway Project includes the demolition of existing taxiways, excavation and embankment for new taxiways, drainage to support new taxiways, re-grading areas, electrical, lighting, signage, and marking of new taxiways.
