Dedicated to responsible conservation and restoration of the planet's aquatic and terrestrial environments, the Expo serves as a fundraiser for the Moody Gardens Conservation Fund. This fund plays a vital role in supporting field conservation, species preservation, and habitat restoration. In its inaugural year, the exposition successfully raised over $5,000 for the fund, and organizers aim to surpass this contribution and raise awareness for the cause.
