New Houston Locations

Stafford: Portillo’s third Houston area restaurant will open in The Grid, between US-59 Frontage Road and Nexus Ave. This 6,200-square-foot “Restaurant of the Future” features a Southwest diner theme, seating for over 160, a double drive-thru, and Grab and Go area.

Katy: Situated in Katy Grand on Grand Circle Blvd, this 7,700-square-foot location will have a retro automotive garage theme, seating for 170 indoors and 50 on a seasonal patio, along with Portillo’s signature double drive-thru and Grab and Go area.

“With these three new openings, Texas becomes our largest market outside Illinois,” says Portillo’s CEO Michael Osanloo. “We’ve been warmly welcomed in Texas, and we’re excited to expand our footprint in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston.”
