Children’s Museum Houston invites the community to embrace the shadows for an enchanting evening of gothic grandeur at its annual gala, The Noir Ball: A Celebration of Haunted Elegance. Scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2024, the highly anticipated event will take place at The Corinthian in Downtown Houston, starting at 6:30 p.m.  

Chaired by Whitney and Ryan Burns and Allison and Iván Chávez, with underwriting led by Kathryn and Travis Boeker and Cassandra and Ryan Dalton, this year’s gala promises to be one of the most exciting events on the city’s social calendar.  

As autumn nights grow longer and shadows deepen, guests are invited to immerse themselves in an atmosphere filled with flickering candlelight and eerie elegance. The evening will feature a delectable feast catered by Jackson & Company, offering culinary delights designed to tantalize even the most discerning palates. Guests can enjoy a selection of enchanting beverages as they mingle and enjoy the evening’s festivities.  

Attendees are encouraged to don their most spellbinding elegant goth chic attire, adding to the event's captivating ambiance. The night will include a gourmet dinner, an otherworldly auction, and dancing to the electrifying beats of The Spazmatics, ensuring an unforgettable experience that lasts until the witching hour.
