Houston, TX – Nixon Home Care is proud to announce its 25th Anniversary Celebration, an event dedicated to reflecting on its achievements and furthering its mission to provide inclusive, accessible care to the community. The celebration will take place on February 15, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Junior League of Houston. Guests are invited to a brunch event filled with gratitude, community stories, and a look toward the future of Nixon Home Care.

For over 25 years, Nixon Home Care has remained committed to delivering affordable, comprehensive care solutions that address critical community needs, from potential benefit loss to the necessity of respite care for caregivers. This anniversary not only marks a milestone of longevity but also highlights Nixon’s enduring dedication to community wellness and support. The event will be hosted by Alexis "Fly" Jones, OWN Network's Ready to Love personality, adding an exciting and engaging touch to the celebration. 

“Over the past year, we’ve made significant strides in our mission,” said Debora Nixon, founder of Nixon Home Care. “One of our proudest achievements has been providing care to 12 uninsured patients from diverse backgrounds, showcasing our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility. We are honored to be part of a community that values care for all.”

In addition to direct care services, Nixon Home Care has been actively fundraising for a groundbreaking project: an 18-unit apartment complex designed to offer both temporary and long-term housing solutions. This complex represents a vital extension of Nixon’s mission, addressing the housing needs of individuals requiring continued support and creating a safe, stable environment for those navigating health and housing challenges.
