Biden eyes cuts to Trump nuclear program as critical arms control deadline with Russia looms

President-elect Joe Biden will explore making cuts to the country's nuclear modernization program, potentially reversing Trump administration efforts to enhance America's nuclear arsenal by developing new weapons.
