It was an honor to be with my colleagues and President Biden at the White House today for the signing of H.R. 4346 – The CHIPS and Science Act, a bipartisan, bicameral bill that I proudly voted for. The CHIPS and Science Act primarily makes a major investment of over $50 billion to bolster semiconductor production in the United States.
