Chefs from Houston and beyond bring creativity to a classic cut of meat that has been a historical staple in the black community. Be prepared to taste out-of-the-box oxtail dishes like those from past competitors, General Tso's Oxtail from Chef Bowie of Taste Bar and Kitchen, and Smothered Oxtail Ragoons from Chef Kurt Evans of CYL Hospitality.
