Photography by Vicky Pink - On Saturday, July 27, 2013, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the Harbach-Ripley Neighborhood Center and Shalom Health Ministry as Walmart, Shalom Health Ministry and Neighborhood Centers hosted a Back-to-School Community Health Fair. The fair is one of six that will be held in different communities to share wellness and nutritious tips, aid in health insurance enrollment and get neighborhood families on the road to wellness. Attendees were invited to come see how easy it is to live a healthy life. Free immunizations, health screenings, CHIP & Medicaid enrollment, cooking demonstrations, games, school supplies, entertainment, and door prizes were provided. Walmart is the underwriting sponsor and other partners include Aramark Building Community, ABC Dental Family Dentistry, United Way of Greater Houston, and Shalom Health Ministry.
