Photography by Vicky Pink - On Thursday, November 14, 2013, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the Hilton Americas Hotel as Robert Duncan and Bo Porter hosted “A Legacy Lasts Forever” Dinner benefiting The Bo Porter SELF Foundation. Bo Porter and his wife Stacey established the foundation in 2012 as a way to continue to give back to the community through mentoring and coaching young student athletes. Andre “Hawk” Dawson, MLB Hall of Fame, was the keynote speaker at the ritzy affair. Special guests included legacy honoree and College Football Hall of Famer Hayden Fry and the Houston Area Iowa Hawkeyes. Others in attendance were Hassan Faggett, Nancy Hughes, Beverly Porter, Stacey Porter, Kimberly Sterling, and Gloria Walker.
