Photography by Vicky Pink - On Saturday, September 28, 2013, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the historic Galveston Opera House for the 5th annual Henriette Delille Legacy Concert featuring Grammy nominated jazz pianist Joe Sample with Grammy Award winner guitarist Ray Parker Jr. Joe Sample tickled the ears of jazz lovers with The Joe Sample Trio and local Houston artists Jewel Brown, Horace Alexander Young and Andre Hayward. The concert benefited the Joe Sample Youth Organization, a 5013-c non-profit that provides scholarships and other financial aid to local inner city schools. Some in attendance were Samantha Vallejo, James Goodwille Pierre, and Joe English.
