Photography by Roswitha Vogler On Thursday, December 11, 2014, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at Café 4212 for the Government Procurement Connections, Inc. MWDBE Prime Contractor Holiday Party. Numerous businesses and business owners were recognized including METRO, Shell Oil, United Airlines, City of Houston, Houston Minority Supplier Diversity Council, Woman’s Business Enterprise Alliance, Preston Banks Construction, NAMC, Willingham & Reynolds, LLC, Bechtel, and TGE Resources, Inc. The affair also doubled as a birthday celebration for J. Goodwille Pierre. Some in attendance were Tony Henshaw, Donovan Casanave, Layle McKelvey, State Rep. Ron Reynolds, City Councilman Larry Green, Constance Jones, Kenya Williams, Timothy Warren, Dick Huebner, Cleave Baker, Tiko Reynolds-Hausman, Bernard Willingham, Milton Thibodeaux, John Preston, and Cornelius Banks.
