Photography by Vicky Pink - On Saturday, February 8, 2014, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at Texas Southern University for Black Mack Performing Arts Collective’s Hollywood in Houston Cocktail Party. MPAC along with The Sports & Entertainment Law Society of Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University presented the Black MPAC 2014 Actors Workshop and Panel featuring acclaimed actress Wendy Raquel Robinson. An exclusive reception was held in association with the workshop that had actor, comedian, radio host Thomas Miles aka Nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morning Show as emcee. Other celebs in attendance were Kim Burrell and Charnele Brown. Guests enjoyed live music, lite bites, open bar, dessert bar, and door prizes. Some in attendance were Kiana Dancie, Jolanda Jones, Vernita Harris, Larry Green, LaRence Snowden, and Isaiah Carey.
