Photography by Vicky Pink On Saturday, March 29, 2014, Houston Style Magazine was on hand on Lyons Avenue for the Lyons Avenue Renaissance Festival. The festival was a way for people to celebrate 25 years of redevelopment in the Fifth Ward area. Attendees enjoyed live music from local entertainers, faces painting and other activities. Some in attendance were Houston City Councilman Jerry Davis, Martin Troupe, and Carl Davis.
