Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. for the Congresswoman Jackson Lee’s Energy Braintrust during the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation 44th Annual Legislative Conference Weekend. It emphasized the need for the creation of a virtual pipeline with good governance and transparency from the gulf coast of the United States to the African coast to ensure a sound marketplace.
