Photography by Vicky Pink - On Thursday, December 3, 2015, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the Sisters Network National Headquarters for the Sisters Network Inc. Holiday Survivor Social. Guests’ eyes were given a treat with a fashion show featuring breast cancer survivors wearing designs from Amour Closet. Cheryl Ash-Simpson, breast cancer survivor and winner of the Capitol City Black Film Festival 2015 for Best Documentary, was the guest speaker. During this season, the organization will adopt a family that has been affected by breast cancer through their “Pink Miracle” campaign.
