Photography by Vicky Pink - On Saturday, May 9, 2015, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the Aqua Lounge for the 8th Annual Diamonds and Pearls Mother’s Day Celebration. Presented by the Diamonds and Pearls Mothers Organization, they honored remarkable mothers from nominees in Houston and the surrounding counties. Theresa Roemer, CEO of Theresa Roemer, LLC, was the keynote speaker. Some in attendance were Tanyetta Buckner, Isiah Carey, HISD Trustee Wanda Adams, Kim Roxie, Allison Brooks, Black Prince, Theresa Roemer, Yvette Adams, Judy Foston, Helen George, and Wash Allen.
