Photography by Vicky Pink - On Friday, May 15, 2015, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Houston as the Florida A&M University National Alumni Association presented The Distinguished Alumni Awards Black Tie Event Ceremony. Several FAMU were honored for their extraordinary work in their chosen field and for giving back to FAMU. The Natural Change Band provided entertainment. Some in attendance were Carmen Cummings, Brian Moses, Gioia Burkin, Pastor Karl Minor, Doris Hicks, Tommy Mitchell Sr., and Thomas Jones, Jr.
