Photography by Ray Carrington-On Sunday, May 17, 2015, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the Ivy Educational and Charitable Foundation of Houston, Incorporated’s 34th Annual Scholarship Luncheon and Fashion Show. The Foundation will also honor several business executives including City Councilman Dwight Boykins, Nicole West, Dr. Sonya M. Sloan, Pastor Byron Stevenson, and Chris Young. The highlight of the luncheon was the introduction of this year's scholarship recipients. The event included a silent auction, a raffle and The Ivy Aisle, a business showcase and fashion show produced by Andrea Bonner and Sydney Dao featuring clothier Dillards and Dao Chloe Dao. Melinda Spaudling and D’Artagnan Bebel served as emcees. Some in attendance were IEACF President LaDonna Harris, Event Chair and Co-Chair Lisa Brooks and Michelle Lastropes, Regina Carrington, Karen Aubrey, Patricia Roberts, Yolanda Murdock, Nicole Montgomery, Thedrial Jackson, Karen Johnson, Mae Rose, Clara Dotson, Camile Jackson, Dr. Cherry Gooden, Nedra Washington, Wondy Weston, and Jo-Carolyn Goode.
