Photography by Vicky Pink - On Monday, May 25, 2015, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the Heights WWII Monument as Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee hosted a Memorial Day Ceremony. In recognition of the 40th Year Anniversary of the End of the VietnamWar, Congresswoman Lee honored Vietnam War veterans. Special recognition was given to Corporal Steven Schulz, Sgt. Major James Williams, 1st Class Kelly Smith, and Specialist 4 Felix Lugo. Some in attendance were Don Hill, Carl Davis, the Buffalo Soldiers, and Waltrip High School Ram Band.
