Photography by Vicky Pink - On Thursday, October 22, 2015, Houston Style Magazine was on hand in Beijing, China at the Great Wall of China as part of the Trade Mission to the People’s Republic of China. Twelve US entrepreneurs participated in business relationship building events in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Val Thompson, President of Houston International Trade Development Council and Miao Smith, Managing Partner of Xpanding US LLC and Chair for HITDC Asian Initiative Committee organized and facilitated the first mission trip visit for US entrepreneurs to initiate a relationship for international business with Hong Kong and China. The 12 US entrepreneurs were Denise Adjei, Judge Bill C. Littlejohn, Vicky Pink, Gary W. Grant, Suzani Grant, April Day, and Marion Rifkind, Susanne Rothschild, Tiffany Williams, and Nicole Griswold.
