Photography by Vicky Pink - On Wednesday, November 4, 2015, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the Ensemble Theatre for the Blacks at MIT History Project presented by BAMIT, The MIT Club of South Texas, & The MIT Alumni Association. The project examines the role and experiences of MIT’s black community since the Institute’s founding in 1861. Some in attendance were Albert Tervalon Jr, Matthew Turner, Clarence G. Williams, Nelly Rosario, Robert Dunbar, Dr. Bobby Satcher, Cheryl McNair, Moana Bentin, Stacey Nakamura, and Cordelia Price.
