Photography by Mike Munoz - On Tuesday, November 10, 2015, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at Texas Southern University for the Pep Rally for NCAA Final Four Volunteer Launch. The 2016 NCAA® Men’s Final Four® Local Organizing Committee and Houston Rockets Sam Dekker invited the public to an animated volunteer pep rally featuring Texas Southern University’s men’s and women’s basketball teams and band, along with giveaways and interactive games. Sign-ups for volunteer opportunities are officially open, and 5,000 Houstonians have the opportunity to experience the Final Four® through assisting with the Final Four® Fan Fest at the George R. Brown Convention Center and the March Madness® Music Festival at Discovery Green, as well as various other Final Four® events throughout the week of March 30 – April 5. Volunteers can also sign up at www.ncaa.com/finalfour. Some in attendance were Tony Sirvello III, 2011 NCAA® Men’s Final Four® Volunteer; Angel Rodriguez, 2016 NCAA® Men’s Final Four® Volunteer Point Guard; Doug Hall, President, Houston Local Organizing Committee; Dr. John Rudley, President, Texas Southern University; and Dr. Charles McClelland, Athletic Director, Texas Southern University.
