Photography by Roswitha Vogler - On Thursday, October 1, 2015, Houston Style Magazine was on hand in the River Oaks area of Houston for the grand opening of the River Oaks District. Shopping in Houston just became more upscale with the Rodeo Drive type River Oaks District. Sitting on 16 acres of land, stores like Cartier and Tom Ford now call Houston home. Some in attendance were Dene Oliver, Oliver McMillian, Dominique Sachse, City Councilman Michael Kubosh, Brooks Howell, Duncan Paterson, and Lisa Pope-Westerman.
