Photography by Semetra Samuel - On Sunday, September 13, 2015, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at NRG Stadium for the season opener for the Houston Texans. Fans filled the stadium for the match up for the Texans against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs proved too much for the Texans in the start of the NFL season. Starting quarterback Brian Hoyer was replaced by Ryan Mallett late in the 4th quarter due to his inability to move the offense after several key turnovers. Jadeveon Clowney showed great progress in his first game back from season ending micro fracture surgery. Final score was 27-20. Next on the schedule is the Texans first road trip against the Panthers in Carolina. Go Texans!
