Fuqua for an exclusive preview of the new store. H-E-B opened its seventh deep discount concept in Houston on Wednesday, October 1, 2015. Joe V’s, a proud division of H-E-B, is the answer for those needing affordable healthy food options that are of great quality and freshness. The new $12 million Joe V’s location provided 169 new jobs, with 135 filled by residents of the community while also attracting other great retailers to invest in the area.
