Photography by Vicky Pink - Change Happens! has been empowering people to help themselves for over 25 years. A big reason they are able to change communities and transform lives is due to their annual Spring Breakfast fundraiser. During the program, representatives from Change Happens! reviewed the accomplishments of the past year and spotlighted some of their program participants. Winell and Doug Herron served as this year’s event chairs. Kynnedi Hogan served as the keynote speaker. Some in attendance were Change Happens! Founder Rev. Leslie Smith, Cynthia Cisneros, and Khloe Garry.
