Serious Sounds, Etc. presents the 26th Annual Houston International Jazz Festival featuring Lonnie Liston Smith with special guest Zo!, Carmen Rodgers and introducing Bayou City Brass Band along with other artists. The Houston International Jazz Festival helps to fund music education for young aspiring musicians, and the programs that Jazz Education host year around.
