Students headed back-to-school received free haircuts and hairstyles at Franklin Beauty School’s 43rd Annual Haircuts and Hairdos. Kids also loaded up with backpacks and school supplies and enjoyed food and music while building their self-esteem for the new school year. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, iChop, Obisidian Beauty Supply, Franklin Institute, and Santana Dotson Foundation sponsored the event.
