Photography by Vicky Pink - On Tuesday, February 16, 2016, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at Café 4212 for Florida “Flo” Cooper Birthday Celebration. Guests gather to give Flo her flowers while she is still alive. The 27-year cancer survivor is a wonderful hardworking community activist that has touched the lives of many in her community so people wanted to say thank you in a big way. Some in attendance were Diana Wheeler-Waters, Jarvis Johnson, County Commissioner Gene Locke, Judge Jim Sharp, and Houston City Councilmen Michael Kubosh and Robert Gallegos.
