Photography by Vicky Pink - On Wednesday, January 6, 2016, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the home of Carrin Patman and Jim Derrick for a fundraising reception for Mayor Sylvester Turner. The excitement was high at the affair as this reception was held just days after Turner was sworn into office as City of Houston Mayor. Among the selfies and posed pictures, there were a lot of networking and congratulatory conversations with Mayor Turner. Everyone had a delightful time.
