Photography by Vicky Pink - The start of the school year is just around the corner and Inspired for Excellence Academy, Inc. (IEA) is getting ready for the new school year. Administrators and staff welcomed 5th-8th students at their annual Open House & Summer Mixer. The HISD specialty charter school gives students an accelerated learning experience to earn high school credits. At the mixer, students were able to meet teachers & staff, enjoy refreshments, party with 97.9 the Box DJs, and win door prizes and raffles.
