Photography by Roswitha Vogler - Saks Fifth Avenue is an iconic store known for fashion and they have just raised the bar with the design of their new restaurant, 51fifteen Cuisine and Cocktails. Calling on the multi-award winning interior designer and TV personality Nina Magon of Contour Interior Design, the concept behind the restaurant is like none other in Houston with mid-century modern pieces with a classic color scheme. There are lots of design surprises for the customer to have a different experience in every seating area of the restaurant. A celebration, Carnaval De 51Fifteen, was held to show off the design and to benefit Dec My Room. Some in attendance were Karina Barbieri, Todd Ramos, Donae Chramosta, Christine Zhou, Walid Zouari, Neal Hamil, Carrie Colbert, Gordon Quan, and Elina Htun.
