The Greater Houston Partnership 2017 Meeting
Photography by Vicky Pink - The Greater Houston Partnership kicked off the new year with their 2017 Annual Meeting. This year's event will feature outgoing Partnership Chair Jamey Rootes, President, Houston Texans; incoming Chair Jeff Shellebarger, President, North America Exploration and Production, Chevron; and Bob Harvey, Partnership President and CEO. While Jamey recapped his year as 2016 chair, Jeff and Bob discussed the Partnership's plans for the year ahead. The 2017 Annual Meeting will set the stage for the Partnership's vision for growth and opportunity in our global city and will convene business leaders from across the Houston region. Some in attendance were Mayor Sylvester Turner, Yolanda Green Barnes, City Councilwoman Amanda Edwards, Rhonda Skillern-Jones, Dr. Carolyn Evans-Shabazz, Wanda Adams, and Gerald Smith.
