Photography by Vicky Pink The brothers of the Houston Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. shed their classic crimson and cream for black and white for their annual Education and Charities Foundation of Houston Black & White Gala. With the goal of helping youth attain higher education, the proceeds from the ECFOH gala go toward educational and cultural activities for the benefit of their mission. Nephew Tommy emceed the night that also featured Angela Winbush, Howard Hewett, Belonge, and Will "Def Jam" Ross. Those decked in their black and white attire were Khambrel Marshall, Ron Lockett, S.W. Mensah, Jamila Lloyd, Shantuan Taylor, Laolu Davies, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, Dr. and Mrs. Austin Lane, John Stanford, Judy Foston, Randy Bates, Rick Smith, Dr. Kevin and Antoinette Marks, Dr. Bobby Wilson, Dr. Kathy Flannigan, Rick Smith, Dr. Roland and Valrie Smith, Catherine Garner, Michael Garner, Mattelia B. Grays, Horace Grays, Emillian White, Kim Gagne, Jacqueline W. Bostic, Gwendolyn Brinkley, and Marsha Penn.
