Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee's Memorial Day Ceremony
Photography by Vicky Pink - Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee hosted a special Memorial Day Congressional Ceremony featuring 60 seconds of silence to honor our fallen heroes, a music and dance tribute by Native Americans dancers and singers, and Texas A&M Color Guard. Gold star families were also recognized. Marcela Perez presided over the program that highlighted Pastor John Neesley, Boy Scouts of America, Waltrip High School Band, Rev. E.A. Deckard, Alex Liary, Brigadier General Tracy Norris, Shelby A. Bradley, Kristal Cherelle, Jerrod Thompson, and Waylan Thompson.
