Photography by Semetra Samuel - The Houston Texans took on the Jacksonville Jaguars to start the official 2017 season. The Texans held the Jaguars to 3-of-12 on third down. The guys finished 5-for-12 on third down on offense. They also held the Jaguars to 280 total net yards, including just 125 net passing yards. Our hometown team gained 23 first downs (four passing, 11 rushing and eight by penalty) and held the Jaguars to 19 first downs. As a team, they had 19 players record at least one tackle on defense. The Texans would fall to the Jaguars with a final score of 29-to-7. Head Coach Bill O’Brien said going forward they have to do a better job at coaching.
