The African Origin of Civilization by the Kwesis
Photography by Vicky Pink - Ashra and Merira Kwesi presented their visually documented multimedia presentations on "The African Origin of Civilization: Unlocking Our Genius from the Book in Stone" and "Sisters' in the Struggle." The Kwesis are lecturers on African history, civilization, religion, and culture. They present lively and dynamic multimedia productions and videos and conduct African centered tours to Egypt and Ethiopia. Based on their study and travel, they reveal startling and profound information on the African origin of many of the concepts and symbols now utilized by the western world.
